Signature Properties is developing 128-townhouse units as well as 50,000 square feet of commercial space on the site. As part of Signature’s transaction with Virtual Development, consistent with the Master Agreement for Marina Bay, the Agency has received $4.1 million for the residential portion of the property.  An additional $2.0 million will be received for the commercial parcel.
