Symphonie International Vegan Cuisine Restaurant is one of Richmond’s newest dining scenes, located in the Pt. Richmond community. Owners Panos and Nancy Ly know why people should try their delicious cuisine, first, because every dish on the menu contributes to health and well-being. Second, because whenever possible, ingredients are from local farms and farmers’ markets—which means fresher food that creates less stress on the environment. But what keeps their guests coming back is a wonderful variety of terrific dishes from cuisines around the world: Southeast Asia, Brazil, Italy, China, India, and even Cajun country.
