• Publicizing job openings—We list your job openings with more than 100 organizations including One-Stop Career Centers throughout the Bay Area.
• Labor market information—Wage data, job descriptions and hiring trends.
• Assistance with hiring projects of any size—We work with your company to create a customized hiring program. Our assistance may include setting up and managing a job fair; conducting on-site recruiting; applicant pre-screening and skills assessment; and interview scheduling and coordination at our RichmondWORKS office.
• Hiring tax credit information—Our staff can help you determine your eligibility for Enterprise Zone tax credits. Learn more.

We also offer RapidResponse outplacement and downsizing services. The RapidResponse Program assists employers and their employees in the case of a layoff or facility closure. A RapidResponse Team, which includes representatives from the local One-Stop Career Center and from EDD, works with company representatives and employees in advance of the layoff date to develop an employment transition plan. RapidResponse services include informational briefings; resume and interview workshops; re-skilling, skills upgrading, and job training; on-site registration for training programs and unemployment insurance benefits, and referrals to community services.
